A sweet  heart-shaped natural worry stone – in a choice of 4 colourways; white, variegated white, marble and dark grey.

Worry stones are good when you are feeling anxious or stressed, as rubbing your thumb over the smooth surface or feeling the weight in the palm of your hand helps soothe and create mindfulness. By combining the physical sensation of rubbing the stone with the metaphysical properties of the stone, you can focus your mind and calm your nerves.

Each stone is perfectly sized to hold in the palm of your hand (approx 7cm)
